What documents do I need to rent a car?To rent a vehicle, you will need a valid driver’s license, a government-issued ID, and a valid credit card. Additional requirements may vary depending on the location or rental duration. Please check our policies for specific details.Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, extensions are possible as long as the vehicle is available. You can request an extension by contacting our customer service before your original rental period ends, ppreferbaly before 6hrs. Additional charges may apply based on the new rental duration.
What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refundable. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a fee may apply. Terms and Conditions
Customer agrees to
(a) obey traffic laws andoperate responsibly; (b) Truthfully state where the vehicle will be used and
use the vehicle only lawfully; (c) allow only authorized drivers; (d) not utilize attachment/trailer with the vehicle unless agreed upon by us. (d) return on the agreed date/time and in the same condition it was rented (normal wear excepted); (e) pay applicable damage, penalty, fuel shortage, cleaning, late return and other charges; (f) notify for intended extension of rental days and to make calculated rate payments:Vehicle must not be used for
(a) racing/dangerousdriving (b) driving under alcohol/drugs (c) illegal goods (d) commercial use
without approval (e) sub-rental/transferAccident/theft procedure
(a) Promptly reportaccident, theft, damage or mechanical problems and report the accident to the Police. (b) Submit a Police Clearance/Police Report, complete claims form and make excess payment starting from E10 000.00 for insurance to pay within 7 days of incident. (c) Customer agrees that by failing to submit relevant paperwork and excess payment within this timeframe, Customer will be responsible for total loss of rental damage/loss.
Refundable deposit and charges.
(a) Bank charges apply onrefunds paid by EFT/POS starting from E30.00. (b) Deposits will only be refunded to the Customer unless a written request for refund to another person is received. (c) If the Customer is drunk on return of the rental or alcohol is found in the rental, deposit will be forfeited. (d) Deposits are not refunded
if there are any damages/accidents to rental. (e) Customers will be charged starting from E100.00 for dirty rental returns. (f) Charges apply if Rental does not have the same fuel as stated above. (g) Charges apply for any damages to the rental including but not limited to: damage to the body of the rental; glass components; dents; scratches; punctures; tyre damage or loss; hail damage; and damage caused by accidents, vandalism or other incidents. Customer will be charged for the cost of repairs or replacement, including labor and parts, towing services and storage as well as any applicable administrative fees.
